Captain’s Bio

Capt. Steven was first introduced to charter fishing at the age of 11. He immediately fell in love with inshore and nearshore fishing. He admired the Charter Captains he fished and dreamed of the day when he could be a Captain. Growing up Capt. Steven fished both Salt and Fresh water, enjoying them both but love the Salt water is his true favorite.  With over 30 years experience Capt. Steven moved to Florida in 1998 and was promptly introduced to Tarpon, Snook, Redfish, Permit, Cobia, Sea Trout, Grouper, Snapper and Sharks. Fishing  inshore, nearshore  and the Flats in Tampa Bay became his passion. The last 14 years Capt. Steven has specialized fishing Tampa Bay, Clearwater Florida with the majority of the time spent on Tampa Bays inshore waters. Often fishing 5 or more days a week. On The Mark Charters with Capt. Steven was born.

Capt. Steven is USCG licensed and insured Captain and is now booking charters and is available 7 days a week.

Boat

Capt Steven fishes a Custom 2007 Pathfinder 2200 Tournament Edition Bay boat equipped with a Sanchez Brothers custom T Tower. Powered by a quiet Yamaha  4 Stroke engine. The latest electronics, Power Pole and a great sound system. All USCG approved safety equipment. Safety is first and foremost everyday on the water.
